Ceremony to observe the four-year anniversary of the Waukesha parade tragedy.
The ceremony will also include the dedication of the final sculpture, Holding Love, created by artist Carmen De La Paz. Speakers include Mayor Shawn Reilly, United for Waukesha Resiliency Center, and artist Carmen De La Paz.
